Slight Hang Up

Hey all so guess what...I thought I had passed all my tests at school (Because that is what my teachers told me) But there was a mix up so I have one more test, Major Bummer! It's all good though because I will go in Monday and get that taken care of. Man it really feels like I am swimming in Molasses with all of this.
I feel extremely blessed to be going into this adventure with my mother and having an amazing supportive father behind us. There is no greater feeling than when I am feel down and I look up and see my mother saying "Hey it's all good. The Lord is with you and you will succeed!" :D Go and thank your parents or the people in your life that are truly giving you the hope and faith to continue to chase your dreams!

A Teaching Opportunity

Today I realized I am still human...What a shocker huh ;) So I was on my way to work but I hadn't eaten so I stopped at Burger King to get a croissant and orange juice. I kept making excuses as to why it was alright and not that bad for my body...Wow was I mistaken.
For those of you who understand Crohns disease I will just say ~ I has some serious Crohns repercussions ~ I let my pride and ignorance blind me. I am no better than anyone else. I am human and my body and spirit will react the same. If I bring bad food, spirit, mentality into my being then I will suffer.
I was embarrassed and didn't want to share this story but I think it is really important to know that we are all still learning and growing. It is my hope and mission to maybe help you learn more quickly than I am. I want to teach that walking in the light really is the way of happiness. I know this because I have been in the light and I have been in places that are not so light.
Thank you Lord Jesus for always being with me and helping me grow and learn from every experience. I praise your name! :D

Carpet...No Wait...PAINT!!

Apparently before Carpet you are supposed to do this thing called "Painting" ;) So today we are going out and picking out the perfect paint for our Office. No it will not be bright Pink or Pastel Yellow. Probably just a simple taupe or something soothing and simple like that. Walking in should be soft on the eyes and calming to the brain. That is what we are going for, calming, soft and soothing! Well I must now run to the store to sort through all the amazing paint options! Chao! :D

Carpet Time!

Today I worked in the room that will be designated as our Office! :D Clearing out, Cleaning up, and getting ready for CARPET!! I am super excited about the carpet we have. It is exactly the kind that I wanted. So now that the rooms ready for us to lay carpet down...well we should lay it down :D One step at a time and soon you have a great big Snow Man...at least that is what happened when I was little...now I guess I will have a business that focuses on helping people heal...same difference right? Both bring much joy!! :D

Clearing Out!

TOMORROW IS THE DAY!!! I am cleaning out our building. It is currently housing Costumes for a local theater group. Well tomorrow we are going through and packing them up. I am not sure where they are being sent but the important part is that with those out of the way we are one step closer to having our own Oasis out here in Tooele! :D
I wonder if I can put up pictures...? Hm....I will see if I can and then maybe I will put up some pictures of our progress. How wonderful! OH I almost forgot. A friend just got a business grant for her small business so I am going to talk to her and see if we can't get something for our set up.

HEY THERE SUN!

Ok so I have decided that the sun should give cloud covering some serious thought!! WOW It was SO hot today. Walking in Salt Lake City in the ridiculous heat is not a good idea.
Maybe I should write the sun a letter? Hm...I would not want to hurt the sun's feelings because the sun can be very healthy for us. Wow I will need to tune into my diplomatic skills.
I love you all keep cool today. Drink lots of water and remember to take some time out for yourself ;)
