Things Move so Fast and Yet so Slow

Alright I would like to shout out to my Sis http://starspaperpassion.blogspot.com/ She keeps gettin' after me for not keeping y'all updated DAILY! I do apologize for the slow updates.

Things are going really well. It seems like things are taking forever but the work is all worth it. I just took my last tests at school and finished up my work study so I should be officially graduated and ready to take the State Massage Test in just a couple weeks. When that time comes I will apply to take the test, get a clearance paper saying I can schedule my test and then WOOSH!!

I am editing some videos that we put together for YouTube. We have an Intro video explaning what our channel is about and then an Intro to Yoga! :D I am very excited about getting those up to you guys. I know it is taking longer than hoped but hang in there with me!! :D

Darkness comes before Dawn

I have been having a really trying few days. As you may know I, Serenity, have Chrons Disease. For a good portion of this year I was incredibly healthy and happy. My life was full of wonder! I went to bed smiling and woke up excited.

Well I let my stress and fear get the better of me for a moment and now am smack in the middle of a Flare-Up. I have been doing a lot of personal reflection. I have come to realize that along with the pain comes fear and anger. I think that the ulcers in my stomach bring their own energy...that energy is panic, fear, anger...so now that I am realizing where my feelings are coming from and how to recognize my demons like sugar I am slowing trying to bring balance to my life and body.

I am grateful for all that I have been given in my life (Good experiences and Painful ones) I do hope that through seeing my journey and me sharing how I continually choose life, everyday that it will be of some help to those out there searching. Love you Tongs ~ Serenity

Home and Ready!

Alright Vacation time is over, Time to get back to work!! :D :D Good thing I love what I am doing. Ok so I am sorry that things have been taking so long to get started but we will be posting videos up on our Youtube Channel within this next week! :D It will be awesome so stay tuned to see those. I will keep you updated on The videos and how they are coming along. Thanks so much Love ya ;)

VACATION

Alright So I am done with School but I have been working Nose to Grind in Clinic and now it is time for a summer break. I am taking the Week off and just chilling with family! Taking time for ourselves is SO important. How can we help others if we are not helping ourselves? Remember to always take a moment to slow down every now and then. You can always speed back up later ;)

Sickness Does Not Conquer, God Does!

Wow, The past couple weeks has been really hard. I have been really sick. I know that when I get sick my attitude changes but sometimes I forget how much it can change if I am not watching myself. I have been so down and didn't even realize why.

I know that what I am doing is to serve God and he will help me through all of it! I will succeed in Service to God and that is what matters to me. As long as my priorities are straight I don't need to stress over my life. I just need to rise every morning and praise God for the opportunity to breath!

Our business plans are going well and still rolling. We are hoping to be up and running by September of this year :D How exciting! I am excited to start helping others heal and teach them the principles of Relying on God that I have learned through my path to healing.
